Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Bid.Fast, you agree to these Terms of Service. Bid.Fast is operated by HelioStack Technologies LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Bid.Fast provides a voice-to-estimate tool for trade contractors. Estimates are AI-generated and provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and verifying all estimates before presenting them to clients. Bid.Fast does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate. Always apply your professional judgment.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to use Bid.Fast.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bid.Fast for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service, submit false or fraudulent content, or resell the service without written permission.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan: 3 estimates, no credit card required.
• Pro plan: $29/month, billed monthly. Unlimited estimates.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for errors.

6. Your Content

You own your estimates and data. We process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bid.Fast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that AI-generated estimates will be accurate or suitable for any particular job.

8. Limitation of Liability

HelioStack Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bid.Fast. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
