1. Who We Are
Bid.Fast is operated by HelioStack Technologies LLC. We provide a voice-to-estimate application for trade contractors. Contact us at hello@heliostacktechnologies.com.
2. What We Collect
- Account information: Your email address, name, and password when you sign up.
- Voice recordings: Audio you record during job walkthroughs, used solely to generate your estimates. Audio is processed and discarded — not stored permanently.
- Estimate data: The estimates, line items, and client information you create and store in the app.
- Usage data: Pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Bid.Fast service
- To process voice recordings into estimates via third-party AI services
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To process payments via Stripe
- To improve our product through anonymized usage analytics
We do not sell your data. We do not use your estimate content to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Groq — AI transcription and estimate generation
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and estimate data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@heliostacktechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
