How accurate are the estimates?

Estimates are based on current US market contractor rates and are calibrated to the high end of the range — so you never underprice. You can also add your own custom prices for materials and equipment you use regularly, and the AI will use your exact prices instead of guessing.

Yes. In Settings you can set your default labor rate ($/hr), markup percentage, and expense flat fees. You can also build a custom Price Book with your real material and equipment prices — the AI uses these exact rates when they match a job.
